Purpose

Summer Camp is designed for the players to demonstrate their abilities and understanding of the game, as well as for the coaching staff to evaluate players.

Determined to be Champions

Varsity is coached by program director, Matthew Moseley. Matt graduated from HBHS in 1999 as captain of the first league championship soccer team for the Oilers. After high school, he led OCC to the state championship and then received a scholarship to play for UCI. While at OCC, Matt began coaching the Frosh/Soph team at HBHS. The next year, he was moved up to the head coach of JV. The following year he became the Assistant Varsity coach, and finally, the year after that, was named the Head Varsity coach. In his four years as Head Varsity coach of HBHS, he made the playoffs three times, making it to quarterfinals of CIF twice.
